    5S, DMADV, and DMAIC projects

    major projects

    Used team based approach to deploy companywide 5S (man hour saving estimate: 300 hrs per major project)

    Collaborated on implementation of an enhanced material delivery project using DMADV (cost saving estimate 100 k per year)

    Leveraged DMAIC methodology to co-lead the deployment of an enhanced tool management system

    Rebuilt an MS Access based app (as part of DMAIC project) to track rotable/repairable parts (initial compliance rate increased from 80% to 95%)

    Using PDSA approach, optimized seat repair process resulting in 200 hrs. savings per aircraft and on schedule return to sservice

    Built data models in MS Access and MS Excel employed in executive level bussiness decisions

    Using DIVE Guided a cross functional team to design and deploy a robust and more efficient engineering assistance request tracking system (cost saving estimate 60 k per year)

    Applied design thinking to brainstorm and mechanically desiign MD-11 flap stand to enhance safe maintenance

    Using DIVE approach, developed MS Acess based Gate Scan App to track parts delivered to the company

    Using Business Process Continuous Improvement method developed Power BI based attendance/overtime hours tracker (Reduced under 40 hours attendance rate from 16% to 8%)

    Using DIVE method developed MS Acess based shift end turnover report (Increased Compliance rate by 15 %)

    Built Power BI based materials tracking dashboard to support American Airlines B787 maintenance program

    Built arduino based sensor and tracker to prototype automated warehouse inventory level tracker
